About the role
A housing lawyer is sought to join the Dispute Resolution section of nplaw’s Dispute Resolution & Governance Team. The role is to specifically provide advice and representation to local authorities in all areas of housing law.
Key responsibilities
As a housing lawyer, you will provide clear and comprehensive professional legal advice to all clients, negotiate with other professionals and provide advocacy in the lower courts. You will advise on all aspects of housing law, deal with pre-litigation and litigation processes and manage a portfolio of your own varied matters, covering areas such as:
Possession Anit-social behaviour injunctions Disrepair Homelessness
There will be the opportunity to develop your specialism with the support of like-minded people and an experienced team around you.

You will need to be a qualified solicitor, barrister or FCILEX to apply.
