to join their London-based team on a 12-month contract. The Opportunity This is a rare chance to work with a global leader in asset management, renowned for managing investments across diverse asset classes. The role involves high-value, complex transactions, and offers exposure to cutting-edge legal and regulatory challenges in corporate credit. What You'll Do Deal Execution : Work alongside investment teams to structure and document new financings, amendments, and restructurings, focusing on UK and European markets. Advisory Support : Provide legal insights on corporate credit matters, manage regulatory issues, and collaborate with internal stakeholders across tax, compliance, and operations. Leadership on Transactions : Take ownership of legal due diligence, coordinate with external counsel, and oversee litigation matters as required. About You Experience : At least 6 years of post-qualification experience, ideally from a top-tier law firm or in-house role, focusing on alternative credit, leveraged finance, or debt restructurings. Technical Expertise : Deep knowledge of debt instruments, corporate credit, and regulatory considerations affecting asset managers.
