Location: Town Hall Salary: £42,403 to £45,441 per annum Post Type: Full Time Contract Type: Permanent Closing Date: 23.59 hours BST on Friday 12 April 2024 Reference: RELE01005-2 Preston City Council is looking to recruit an experienced and ambitious property lawyer to join our busy Legal Services Department, which is LEXCEL accredited. You will need a recognised legal qualification (e.g. a fully Qualified Solicitor, Barrister or ILEX qualified Legal Executive or someone who can demonstrate a level of experience and skill fitting them for the post). The position is for a proactive commercial property lawyer to deal with a wide range of land and property transactions, commercial leases and with some experience of debt recovery.
