The role:
Taylor Emmet are currently recruiting a Private Client Lawyer to join their highly regarded Private Client Department. The successful individual will provide comprehensive legal advice to clients on a range of specialised Private Client legal matters.
The role will initially be based in Dronfield office to cover maternity leave and then may be based from a different office subject to business requirements, this could be either Dronfield, Sheffield South West, Bakewell or Sheffield Central.
As a Private Client Lawyer, the individual will:
Deliver high standards of client care and a first-class customer experience.
Work commercially which is reflected in your case management and outcomes.
Work collaboratively as part of a team.
Achieve and deliver key outcomes both for the client and the firm.
Contemporaneously capture and record time.
Department Specific:
Will writing.
Trust and estate planning.
Probate and the administration of estates.
Lasting Powers of Attorney/Deputyships.
Tax, Capital Gains Tax, Inheritance Tax.
Care home planning.
Wealth Management.
Work closely with the firm’s Contentious Probate Department.
