Stable career history in permanent roles. Previous standalone L&D manager roles or small-team experience are a must. Proven design expertise and confidence with L&D systems. Proven end-to-end experience in identifying, designing, delivering, and evaluating L&D initiatives. Strong communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels. Experience managing third-party training suppliers and leveraging expertise to optimise program outcomes. Experience working in Facilities, Maintenance or Technical sectors is preferred. About Us
