Job Introduction

The role of the L&D Partner is crucial in shaping the skills and capabilities of our Operations and Central Services employees. As an L&D Partner, you will collaborate with Team Leaders to enhance employee capabilities and drive performance through targeted learning initiatives. You'll have the opportunity to explore innovative learning solutions and make the learning experiences more effective and impactful. Main Responsibility

Conduct assessments to identify training needs within Operations and Central Services. Analyse performance gaps, gather feedback, and use data to inform training priorities. Design and facilitate learning programmes. Provide one-on-one coaching and support to Team Leaders. Measure the effectiveness of learning programmes by collecting feedback and analysing performance metrics. Work closely with Team Leaders to align training initiatives with business objectives. Advocate for a culture of continuous learning within the business, promoting available training resources and encouraging employees to take ownership of their personal development. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in L&D, implementing innovative learning solutions to enhance employee engagement and effectiveness. Identify high-potential employees and implement programmes that support their career growth. Our Ideal Candidate

Facilitation and Presentation Skills: Ability to effectively deliver training sessions and workshops, engaging participants and encouraging interaction. Instructional Design: Proficiency in designing and developing training programmes and materials that cater to various learning styles and preferences. Strong Communication Skills: Both verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse data and feedback to assess training effectiveness and make informed decisions about future programmes. Coaching Skills: Experience in providing one-on-one coaching. Organisational and Project Management Abilities: Capacity to oversee multiple training initiatives, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget. Adaptability and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to adapt training methods to meet the needs of different learners and creatively solve problems as they arise. What we can offer you
