Our client, a leading organisation in the EMEA region, is seeking an experienced L&D Specialist to join their team. As an L&D Specialist, you will have the opportunity to manage and maintain the delivery of the core curriculum, including planning and vendor liaison. You will also be responsible for delivering longer-term L&D initiatives, designing and evaluating learning events, and facilitating various workshops and seminars.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and maintain the delivery of the core curriculum, including planning and vendor liaison for internal workshops, seminars, and resources. Deliver programme management for assigned longer-term L&D initiatives, including Management Development. Scope, design, deliver, review, and evaluate learning events, activities, resources, and programmes. Facilitate and support a range of learning and development sessions, including workshops and focus groups. Use LMS/LXP technology to efficiently communicate and oversee administration of the internal L&D offering. Lead, gather, and contribute to learning and development projects.

Requirements: Proven experience in delivering L&D services. Strong L&D planning experience, including forecasting demand, planning curriculum logistics, and managing delivery within timelines and budgets. Familiarity with Learning Technologies (SuccessFactors or another LMS). Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to adapt and solve problems in an ambiguous environment. High attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality outputs. Experience working with diverse backgrounds and cultures. High level of IT literacy, particularly MS Office applications.
