Will you join us? Make a difference as a Lead Activity Specialist You’ll be the centre expert for all our exciting activities! From ziplining and abseiling to kayaking and archery, you’ll have all the technical know-how on best practice and safety procedures whilst supporting and training a team of Activity Specialists. Keeping up to date and informed on the latest safety standards and ‘how to do’ procedures on the activities will be vital for this role. You’ll also be responsible for monitoring standards to identify maintenance requirements or providing advice, training and support to our activity teams to allow them to lead safe and enjoyable sessions. Is this you? For this vacancy we are seeking an individual with deep knowledge of outdoor activities including Off-Ground Ropes supervision or Ropes Access Management and experience implementing activity training and performance monitoring.
