Investigate and formulate products across categories, from haircare to skincare to colour cosmetics Increase understanding of the properties of the company’s products, and the benefits they bring to formulations Apply innovative thinking and problem-solving skills to creative formulation development Plan and execute work independently, maintaining the highest laboratory practice standards Critically evaluate products and formulations to ensure quality and efficacy Provide technical support across the EMEA region, travelling as required Candidate Requirements:
Degree in Chemistry, Biology, or related science Hands-on experience as a Formulator within personal care is a strong advantage Excellent written and verbal communication skills Adaptable to working in a team and independently CONTACT :
