Lead Architectural Technician (Revit/Retrofit) Coventry - Hybrid £55,000 - £65,000

+ Company Car + Hybrid Working + Company Benefits + Training + Progression Are you a Lead Architectural Technician proficient in the use of Revit looking to play a crucial part in the continued success of an already well-established company? In this brand new role, you will spearhead a team of 4 and have the opportunity to grow the team immediately, shaping the team and the role the way you best see fit. This fast-growing energy consultancy are leaders in sustainable building solutions and large-scale retrofit projects for the social housing sectors. This year, they are expanding to the commercial and new-build sectors and are looking for a Design Manager to lead the growing team. In this varied role, you will manage a team of 4 Design Engineers, specializing in large-scale retrofit projects across the UK. You will oversee projects from cradle to grave, conducting daily meetings and updating higher management and stakeholders on project progress. You will be expected to liaise with clients when needed to ensure specifications are met and standards are adhered to. This role would suit a Lead Architectural Technician experienced in leading teams, looking to join a fast-growing company that offers hybrid working and clear progression within the company as it grows. The Role: Managing a team of 4 Designers with immediate growth plans Overseeing projects from cradle to grave Liaising with clients and stakeholders The Person: Design Manager or similar Proficient in CAD/Revit Commutable to Coventry Reference Number:
