London Road Dental Centre, 108-109 London Road, Neath, SA11 1HL What is it like being a lead dentist at Rodericks Dental Partners? Working at Rodericks Dental Partners in an NHS dental practice offers plenty of variety as well as the chance to meet and treat patients from a wide socio-demographic background. Dentists are given the opportunity to be involved in fundamentally changing and improving patients' lives, which can offer a huge sense of career satisfaction. There is a clear company purpose committed to being an incredible place to work, with highly experienced teams, hygienists, well-equipped practices, and excellent patient management software. There is peer-to-peer support from experienced Clinical Advisors and opportunities to undertake CPD and courses to upskill clinically and offer patients greater choice with their treatments. Participate in the mentorship scheme, supporting an overseas clinician on their journey to becoming an Associate Dentist. Receive an enhanced UDA rate and the ability to train and mentor colleagues. Play a leading role in delivering the best service to your community of patients. Regularly meet with your Practice Manager and a dedicated clinical team to stay on track with your UDA targets and support operational management of the practice. Genuine career progression: We are a 'progress from within' culture, with huge opportunities to learn new skills. Our career development programmes and the vast amounts of CPD all support a shared attitude for better. Talented, purpose-driven people: We have the most experienced leaders in the sector. We believe that our reputation is only as good as the people who work here. That's why we want to create an environment where people thrive, succeed, grow, and win together. Clinically led care: The clinical freedom we have allows us to choose the right solution with each patient. If your ambition is to grow your skills and career, talk to us. Community focus: Everyone is empowered to increase access to care locally. Working with the team, you'll help every patient in your community understand the options they have for treatment. 'Win-together' rewards: We have a rewarding pay-structure and a range of 'Win together' rewards that recognise individual and team performance.
