This is an exciting chance to join a dynamic team, where your skills and passion for high standards will help shape the future. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and conducting compliance, internal, and supplier audits across various contracts, ensuring adherence to company, client, legal, and nationally recognized standards. You will be expected to produce professional audit reports within specified timelines and accurately record audit actions in relevant databases. A key part of the role involves identifying and addressing non-conformances and opportunities for improvement, as well as supporting auditees in resolving issues at the point of audit whenever possible. Ensuring a safe and professional working environment and reporting any dangerous occurrences or near misses will also be part of your responsibilities. Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, Contract Quality Managers, and other key stakeholders will be essential to your success in this position. You will also provide advice and support to sites, helping them close out non-conformances and introduce best practices. Ensuring audits are carried out efficiently and economically will be crucial in contributing to VIVO's profitability and long-term success. What You Will Need

Firstly, it is essential that you hold the qualification 9001 ISO in Lead Auditor Training, or alternatively ISO 45001 or ISO 14001. To excel in this role, you will need demonstrable experience in quality, compliance, or management system auditing. Strong communication skills, accurate and concise report writing abilities, and proficiency in computer systems are essential. The ability to travel extensively across contracts and stay overnight when required is a key requirement, along with holding a full UK driving licence. A solid understanding of problem-solving and corrective action methodologies is crucial to the role. While not essential, experience with the DIO Assurance Practitioners Guide (EM/02), quality management, and working within a military environment would be advantageous. Previous experience in construction or property maintenance would also be beneficial. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, along with a keen eye for detail and membership of a relevant professional body, would further enhance your suitability for the role. If you're ready to take on a challenging and rewarding role where your work truly makes a difference, apply today to become a Lead Auditor at VIVO! Due to the vetting requirements, candidates must be able to pass SC Clearance. VIVO provides facilities management and accommodation maintenance for the UK military and its partners. VIVO embodies both experience and innovation.
