Lead a dynamic team and play a pivotal role in shaping the strategic direction of the organisation. Guide and mentor the business analysis team, ensuring optimal performance and professional development. Oversee team resources, budgets, and timelines to ensure successful project delivery. Deliver high-quality analysis and insights to support the organisation's strategic goals. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication. Manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and successful outcomes. Skills and Experience Required:

Demonstrated experience in Defined Benefit pensions and a solid understanding of pensions solutions. Evidence of successfully leading a team, with strong leadership and mentoring skills. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and effectively. Proficient in managing stakeholder relationships and expectations. Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities efficiently in a dynamic environment.
