Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Business Central Engineers
Oversee system implementation and integration projects
Provide advanced technical support and troubleshooting
Drive customization and configuration of business systems
Develop training programs and documentation
Lead continuous improvement initiatives
Own and develop strategic roadmaps for finance modules
Requirements
5+ years experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
Strong understanding of 4PS Construct
Previous leadership experience
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or equivalent experience
Experience with SQL, Power BI, and financial systems
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications preferred
