We are seeking an experienced
Lead Commercial and Contracts Manager
to oversee the commercial, contractual, and procurement activities of a multi-disciplinary energy project based on-site at Saltend, Hull. Working within an Integrated Project Management Team, this role reports directly to the Project Director and supports the successful delivery of the project through robust governance, compliance, and stakeholder collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee NEC3/NEC4 contract management, risk identification, and mitigation. Manage procurement processes, bid evaluations, and materials control. Lead stakeholder collaboration and progress reporting for senior management.
The Ideal Candidate:
Extensive experience in managing contracts and procurement within engineering or petrochemical projects. Strong leadership background with knowledge of NEC3/NEC4 ECC. Proven ability to manage mid-size contracts (£10M-£200M).
