Salary: 35,000 - 50,000 (Depending on Experience)

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic individual to join a growing law firm as a Lead Commercial Conveyancer. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and develop a team while providing expert legal advice in commercial property transactions. Key Responsibilities Manage and oversee commercial and residential property transactions from inception to completion. Provide expert legal advice on all aspects of commercial conveyancing. Lead and mentor a team of conveyancers, ensuring high standards of service. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, realtors, and other stakeholders. Review and draft contracts, leases, and related legal documents. Ensure compliance with current legal regulations and company policies. Resolve complex legal issues and disputes related to property transactions. Qualifications Qualified solicitor or licensed conveyancer with a strong background in commercial property law. Minimum of 2 years of experience in commercial conveyancing. Proven leadership skills with experience in team management. Excellent negotiation and communication skills. Ability to handle a high caseload efficiently. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Desirable Skills Experience with commercial lease extensions and renewals.
