About the role An exciting one-year fixed-term contract opportunity has arisen within the Adult Social Care (ASC) Contracts team for a first-class candidate to join an extremely successful team as a Lead Contract Management Officer. The ASC Contracts Team is responsible for driving up the quality of Adult Social Care services of our commissioned service providers located within the London Borough of Merton and outside of the borough. About you The successful candidate will have experience in the management and monitoring of contracted providers (ideally in adult social care) and a track record of designing and implementing monitoring inspection programmes to assess the compliance of providers to the contract. You will also have first-class oral and written communication skills and be able to present information to a wide range of stakeholders. Above all, you will be able to work as part of a team and be able to respond to fast-changing priorities and workloads.
