On behalf of DWP we are looking for a Lead Data Architect for a 12 month (Inside IR35) contract. Hybrid working based in either Birmingham, Sheffield, Newcastle, Manchester, Blackpool, Leeds or London.

As a Lead Data Architect your main responsibilities will be: Designing products to meet user needs and align with DWP strategy and standards. Provide a consistent set of product architecture views, that communicate and describe the construction of the solution to all stakeholders. Solution communication champion, making the complex simple to understand. Supporting delivery teams, blending technical (development and architecture) and behavior (leadership and communication) skills. Essential: An active SC Clearance is an essential requirement for this role. Demonstratable experience in a Data Architecture or similar role, ideally within a large organization. Strong experience of working with data, and experience of working with Big Data. Experience of working with cloud technologies, ideally Azure. Desirable: Public Sector experience.
