Department Overview Data Management is a team at Dunelm who are charged with unlocking the value of data and ensuring Dunelm manages data risks effectively. Our collective Data Vision is: “To enable better decisions by putting the right information in the right hands, at the right time; helping our business to thrive and become our Customers’ 1st choice for home.” Covering all aspects of good data management, we work closely with colleagues across Dunelm to define data policies, optimise processes, ensure data is of high quality, and available to the right people at the right time. We have exciting plans with the implementation of a new PIM, re-platforming of our data estate, and a new data governance framework (to name a few). It’s a great time to join our team.
