Lead Data Scientist

Salary:
Up to £100k base and Package (negotiable for the right person)
We are helping an innovative medtech business scale their AI and Data Science team. Due to continued growth and demand for their products, they now urgently need a Lead Data Scientist to help launch a new product line.
This role would suit a seasoned Lead Data Scientist who has commercial experience of developing and training voice-based LLMs. The Lead Data Scientist will work with the R&D team to bring new solutions to life.
This role can be fully remote within the UK. The team works in the London office a few times per month, and it would be great if you could join them from time to time.
To be a successful candidate, the ideal Lead Data Scientist will have:
A strong career background in data science and machine learning.
Commercial experience of developing and training voice-based LLMs.
Experience of BERT or GPT wrappers.
Excellent communication skills and ideally know how to lead a team.
