An independently owned, B Corp accredited service provider are recruiting for a Lead Developer to join their team. Working closely with the Engineering Manager to set technical direction, the Lead Developer will be focused on coaching and mentoring a team of 7.

Responsibilities will include:

* Ensuring the successful planning, execution and on-time delivery of engineering projects. * Managing day-to-day project activities, monitoring progress, identifying and mitigating any potential risks. * Providing technical guidance and support to team members, helping to solve complex technical challenges and getting hands-on to assist successful deliveries. * Identifying opportunities for process improvements and implementing changes to increase value, efficiency and productivity.

The successful applicant will have experience leading a team of developers and a background in C#, .Net and AWS.
