We are looking for a Lead Developer to mentor and manage an established game engine team, supporting them to develop engaging game mechanics and the technical platform to bring them to our players. You will be involved in the technical direction of the team and responsible for planning and delivering the content to meet the product roadmap. A key part of the role is to make sure that our products and solutions are easily transferrable across teams to ensure timely content delivery across multiple territories. here . Sounds great! What will I be doing? Lead and grow a team of developers, supporting content delivery and innovation through performance and reliability. Actively participate, contribute and oversee the team to deliver products as part of the content roadmap. Engage with senior stakeholders across various departments, understanding their needs and delivering impactful technical and procedural solutions. Work with other teams to develop collaborative ways of working that make better products, consolidate processes and improve delivery timelines. Improve the technical landscape with a focus on observability. What does good look like for us? Knowledge and experience we need you to have… Excellent knowledge of an Object-Oriented Programming language. Strong background in T-SQL. Good understanding of Cloud Computing. Demonstrable experience with all aspects of delivering high volume APIs. Automated testing (unit, integration). Estimating complex technical stories and breaking them down. Track record of implementing CI/CD pipelines. Prior experience developing solutions and integrating with legacy systems. Pragmatic and able to adapt working in a fast-paced environment. We’d love you to have experience in these areas, but it’s not essential: iGaming knowledge and experience. Industry experience working with financial transactions. Working with monolithic databases.
