Lead Development Integration Engineer
to join our rapidly growing team. Reporting to our
Development Manager , you will
lead the development testing across multiple programs, facilitating all test activities across the various systems and attribute targets such as Performance, Efficiency & Drivability; Aerothermal, HV LV & EMC. This role will work closely with Function, Attribute & Simulation teams to ensure the most efficient development plan is in place. This pivotal role will operate in a hybrid capacity from our offices near Leamington Spa. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work alongside some of the most visionary minds in the automotive field. Understand how Attribute & System tests fit within the overall attribute validation process. Lead workstreams within a multi-disciplined cross-functional attribute/system team. Define appropriate test assets; Vehicle, Buck or Rig. Act as a Technical Lead within a team of Development Engineers at various levels. Ensure a robust Engineering DVP & Asset timing plan is in place for all development-related testing. Support test facility utilization and bookings to ensure efficient testing. Ensure adequate test requirements and procedures are in place. Who you are
Broad amount of experience in Vehicle Development/Testing. Experience using data acquisition and instrumentation systems. Proficient in vehicle network interrogation/diagnostics/manipulation analysis & simulation. Technical Leadership. Actively seeks out and implements process improvements. Possess good knowledge of H&S practices and vehicle risk assessments. About Us
