How you’ll make a difference Our DevOps lead engineers play a pivotal role in the design, development, and implementation of mission-critical applications and systems. They leverage their extensive technical expertise and leadership skills to lead complex projects, mentor junior team members, and drive innovation across the organization. They are proficient in all aspects of DevSecOps disciplines, and they often have a deeper understanding of architecture and design principles. They lead the technical direction and executions of deliveries, ensuring high-quality solutions aligned with business goals. Lead Engineers drive continuous improvement and innovation, exploring new technologies and approaches to enhance team productivity and efficiency. Additionally, DevOps Engineers should have a strong understanding of all operational requirements, and ensure Scalability, Resiliency, Observability and Maintainability are at the forefront of all engineering activities. What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, but equivalent work experience will also be considered. Experienced in DevSecOps with a strong focus on automation, continuous improvement and self-service. Experience of working in environments using scaled agile software delivery. Solid understanding of solution architecture, design patterns, and best practices for building scalable and maintainable systems. Proficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git and branching strategies. CI/CD tooling (including GitHub Actions/Jenkins, GitOps/ArgoCD, Artefact Repository, Ansible etc). Strong experience with all aspects of SDLC (including SCA, SAST and DAST). Proficiency in one or more scripting or programming languages, such as Bash, Python. Cloud Platform knowledge with experience in Kubernetes and Container technologies. SysAdmin knowledge (Linux, Windows). What we offer in return
