We are looking for our next Lead Digital Analyst to join our Data & Analytics team. Our mission is to provide reporting and insight relative to Marketing, Customer Insights, Safer Gambling and establish a strong culture of data-driven decision making in our organisation's strategy. Lead digital analytics reporting, generate insights, and identify key journey friction points through data analysis Collaborate with Customer Insights and broader analytics teams to prioritise and deliver analytics requirements Develop existing reporting processes through automation and optimisation, staying abreast of emerging technologies and best practices Champion digital analytics tools throughout the organisation, maintaining strong relationships across teams Present findings to senior stakeholders, identifying areas of opportunity to improve customer experience and optimise conversion Manage and coach team performance, fostering a high-performing digital analytics team Drive personal development and stay current with evolving trends in data and analytics Qualifications

Ideally a BS/BA in Mathematics, Digital Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or equivalent level of achievement through experience Experience in digital analytics Experience/use of advanced Google Analytics and digital marketing tools such as FullStory, Double Click, Facebook, AppNexus. Preference on experience with Google Analytics Understanding of database algorithms, digital data modelling, consuming media agency data and advance know of Google algorithms Industry experience within gambling or gaming is preferable. Knowledge of SQL and/or one of the following: Python, R, SAS A passion for finding actionable insights from raw data Ability to collate, translate, analyse & present data in a clear manner for key senior stakeholders Great communication, collaboration, and presentation skills Additional Information
