Your Role as Duct Cleaning Supervisor You will play a vital role in ensuring the compliance team's success by: Overseeing and managing daily workloads through careful coordination of schedules and priorities.
Ensuring manpower requirements are met and team members are fully informed of their duties.
Supervising Duct Cleaning Operatives to maintain high standards of work according to specifications and training.
Assisting with on-the-job training for new team members in collaboration with the Regional Supervisor.
Your Main Areas of Responsibility Ventilation system cleaning
Kitchen extract fire safety cleaning
Water tank cleaning, coating, and refurbishment
