About your new role: Creating and maintaining an inclusive, fun, safe, healthy, productive, and effective learning environment. Developing and maintaining positive relationships with children, families, colleagues, and the broader community. Ensuring all health, safety, and centre policies are adhered to along with licensing, legislation, and regulations. Contributing to the effective operation of the workplace by supporting colleagues, sharing ideas and information, and working collaboratively in our team. A little about you: Certificate III or Diploma or equivalent qualification as approved by ACECQA. Experience in an early childhood setting (preferred). Current WWCC, approved first aid, anaphylaxis, and asthma qualifications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
