£47,000 + company benefits & further training About the Role: Join our Building Services team as a Lead Engineer, overseeing the maintenance of a prestigious property. You'll manage client relationships, ensure high service standards, and lead a team responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of all equipment and systems. Key Responsibilities: Lead daily client interactions and ensure customer satisfaction. Manage KPIs and SLAs, optimising resources to meet targets. Oversee subcontractor quality through audits and spot checks. Maintain accurate CAFM records and report to the helpdesk. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Coordinate maintenance tasks across all building systems. About You: NVQ level 3 or equivalent electrical installation Proven experience in a similar role, with an electrical bias. Skilled in task management using mobile technology. Strong organisational and communication skills. Familiarity with H&S legislation, including COSHH, confined spaces, and L8.
