Lead Electrician - Essex
I am currently working with a Building Services Company based in the Essex area, actively seeking a Lead Electrician for various Commercial & Domestic local works. You will be responsible for leading a small team of electricians to complete the daily tasks you are given by your supervisor, ensuring projects are delivered within agreed limits of time. Key Responsibilities
Analysing drawings for relevant information Manage day-to-day project tasks Communicate regular project updates internally to supervisors Resolve project risks and issues Report to supervisors any issues among the team Deliver tasks on the agreed deadlines Collate and organise material deliveries Dedicate tasks to the best suited electricians/apprentices The Ideal Candidate
Domestic and commercial electrical experience is required Relevant qualifications: 18th regulations, gold card, testing & inspection, CSCS card, driving license Considerable knowledge and experience within project work Previous experience working on a variety of commercial electrical sized projects 5 years experience working within a similar role The Position Remuneration
