Responsibilities as a Lead Electronics Engineer: Drive strategic vision, prioritizing research for team success. Innovate product designs, ensuring top-notch performance and efficiency. Provide technical leadership, solving problems and championing best practices. Collaborate with Product Management to explore new possibilities. Mixed Signal Design Experience (Digital/Analogue). Schematic Capture using OrCAD, Altium or similar tool (Advantageous). Previous experience in Micro-Controller/Microprocessor based products. Previous Experience in Communication Protocols (CAN, Ethernet, Wi-Fi, Profibus etc).

Requirements as a Lead Electronics Engineer: Bachelor or Masters in Electrical/Electronics Engineering. Strong knowledge of electronics design, high-speed digital, and hardware interfaces. Experience in global engineering, regulated industries, and project management. Membership in relevant professional bodies (e.g., IET) is a plus. Experience with Instrumentation is a bonus.
