Job Opportunity:
M&E Lead Engineer Location: Leeds, Hours: Monday - Friday, 08:00 - 17:00 Salary: £44,000
We're looking for a skilled M&E Lead Engineer to join our team at a commercial site in Leeds. This role involves delivering planned maintenance, managing reactive repairs, overseeing installations, and dealing with any contractors on site.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage PPM and reactive works, ensuring timely and effective completion. Support with technical challenges and on-site operations. Ensure compliance with permit-to-work duties and operational systems. Build strong relationships with clients, customers, and colleagues.
What You'll Need: 18th Edition IEE Wiring Regulation and relevant electrical qualifications. Mechanical qualifications and experience with FCU & AHU maintenance. Knowledge of water testing (L8), fire alarms, and general maintenance tasks. Proven leadership experience in a similar role.
