Report directly into the Account Manager. Assist the Account Manager in the day-to-day running of the contracts in the region. Ensure that all activities within the building are undertaken with a professional and conscientious outlook regarding the quality of work and Health & Safety. Ensure excellent standards of response to plant failures, completion of assigned work, and proficient handling of abnormal operating conditions and housekeeping issues. Act as a coordination point for the day-to-day activities on site, specialist service partners, and build relationships with clients/tenants. Assist in the management of all maintenance staff on the contracts. Arrange specialist sub-contractors. Manage all reports/site log books. Ensure all paperwork is up to date on each contract and ready for audits. Attend client meetings if required. Ensure work is issued/completed on satellite sites. Carry out hands-on M&E / Fabric maintenance (50% Hands on / 50% lead engineer). Hours of Work
Monday to Friday (40 hour week) 08:00am to 17:00pm Requirements
Qualified in Refrigeration Air Conditioning C&G / NVQ Level 2&3 - Essential. FGAS 2079. You must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates. A proven track record in commercial building maintenance. Ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with all levels of staff and clients. Ability to manage and prioritise a demanding and varying workload. Offer technical support to the Account Manager, client, and onsite maintenance team. IT knowledge/skills.
