Job Description

Summary: We are looking for an experienced Lead Environment Artist to join a brand new studio, founded by a talented team who had been responsible for one of the most successful action franchises over the last couple of decades. We are seeking a Lead Environment Artist who is happy to be hands-on, grow a team, and work on a brand new IP to help make it a success! Responsibilities: Lead a small team of environment artists while remaining hands-on. Ensure all art aligns with the artistic vision of the game. Support and mentor team members, providing coaching and assistance. Work as a generalist across environments and props as a team. Essential Skills: Over 10 years of art experience in games. Experience leading an art team on a AAA game project. Able to create realistic environments to a high standard. Passionate about making art as well as leading a team.
