Partner with the best As a Lead Finance Specialist - Commercial Finance Management, you will be responsible for acting as a business partner to the commercial organization and providing expert knowledge, analysis, and challenge to a wide range of stakeholders. Building relationships and managing stakeholders in a dynamic environment will be key to enable you to add value through your commercial approach to reviewing, analyzing, and reporting key data for the business. As a Lead Finance Specialist - Commercial Finance Management, you will be responsible for: Providing commercial insight to the leadership team, ensuring appropriate challenge and analysis, and proactively identifying business opportunities and risks to drive business growth. Executing the Waygate management reporting process to accurately reflect current and forecasted business performance, ensuring alignment between regions and product companies. Producing reporting analytics to enable identification of key trends or issues in the Business that necessitate further analysis and discussion. Partnering with Commercial Sales Leaders to support forecasting process & provide commercial function insight and analysis. Executing the Waygate consolidated planning and budgeting processes in alignment with divisional guidelines and timetables, incorporating appropriate challenge and analysis. Providing financial modeling, pricing & analysis supporting projects and business initiatives. Commercial management of payment terms, credit limits, and channel partner processes. Managing SIP order recognition and sales compensation processes. Fuel your passion To be successful in this role you will: Have a bachelor's degree in Finance. Have a strong financial background with a minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience. Have strong oral and written communication skills. Have strong interpersonal and leadership skills. Be able to work independently. Have strong problem-solving skills. Be proficient with Excel.
