What You'll Do As a Lead Front End Engineer, you'll drive the development of our Front End, ensuring a smooth, engaging experience for users while leading and mentoring a team on advanced projects. Key Qualifications Experience: 10-15+ years in Front End development, focused on React and UI/UX design, with proven experience leading complex projects. Tech Expertise: Proficient in JavaScript (ES6+), React.js, and component-based architecture. Skilled in state management (hooks, context API) and single-page application development. UI/UX Design: Strong design skills, with experience in tools like Moqups, Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Backend Familiarity: Knowledge of Node.js and microservices architecture with SQL Server or similar databases. Testing and Quality: Experienced with testing frameworks like Jest, Enzyme, or Cypress, dedicated to delivering high-quality, tested code.
