Lead Frontend Developer – Leeds (Hybrid Remote) - £65k Vue/Nuxt | Flexible Schedule | Accreditation and Certification Budget | Modern Tech Stack Ada Meher are commencing on a search for one of their fastest-growing clients in Leeds who are looking for a Lead Frontend Developer to join them working with the development team in their Leeds office to improve project planning and delivery, specifically with testing and TDD in mind. The right candidate will have ownership over scoping, resource planning, delivery and quality of specific projects, all based around modern technology in the Vue/Nuxt stack. The successful applicant will have the client's Frontend development squad reporting into them but will also have the opportunity to be involved in project delivery, at a high level, across the Backend squad in tandem with the Tech Director and Head of Projects. The company operate on a hybrid remote policy, asking employees to come into their central office space 1-2 times a month with flexibility to work the rest of the time remotely. The culture of the business is very much one of autonomy, allowing staff to deliver work on a schedule which suits them – as long as the work gets done and to the right quality there is no issue. Using a modern stack, including a Vue/Nuxt.js based frontend, Laravel APIs, microservices, SOLID principles, AWS deployments and aiming to drive towards full TDD, the company take an active interest in their employee’s development offering a budget set aside for pertinent courses and certifications. They are looking for the Lead Developer to have a Frontend bias, but the resources to upskill in other areas will be available for candidates if they wish. Demonstrable technical history in Typescript (Vue/Nuxt) Experience with Unit Testing or TDD Experience working in an Agile team Experience scoping and estimating work Experience mentoring more junior staff / code reviews Knowledge of AWS would be ideal If you’d be interested in applying or just getting more information on the role please get in contact at
