Lead Funding & Logistics Acquisitions Manager

Tesco Property Maintenance is looking for hardworking and efficient Maintenance Technicians to join our growing Property Maintenance Team! At Tesco, our stores and offices couldn't function without the support of our integral teams. You will be responsible for Implementing the Property strategy to pursue the buyback of store assets sold either through JVs or individually to investors Identifying and analysing assets for buyback, tracking in the market, and completing transactional due diligence Providing general investment analysis and advice on assets and portfolios, maintaining market knowledge Project management, liaising with property advisors and agents Deal making to deliver relative to the ambitions of the Property strategy Fulfilling future requirements for office acquisition subject to LTP approval which will benefit the customer and profit through operational efficiency in the future Delivering a full professional service in respect of rent reviews, lease renewals & re-gears for large stores, logistics, and office properties Collaborating widely both within and outside of the direct team and the business Following our Business Code of Conduct and always acting with integrity and due diligence Undertaking Special Projects You will need RICS Qualifications (MRICS) Experience working in a Landlord and Tenant capacity Building & Maintaining supplier relationships Budget Management & Property Market knowledge Influencing and negotiation Skills Leadership of External Stakeholders Experience in business improvement Knowledge of Assets & Estates functions Experience of using data and report writing What's in it for you Annual bonus scheme of up to 20% of base salary Holiday starting at 25 days plus a personal day (plus Bank holidays) Private medical insurance 26 weeks maternity and adoption leave (after 1 year of service) at full pay, followed by 13 weeks of Statutory Maternity Pay or Statutory Adoption Pay, with 6 weeks fully paid paternity leave Free 24/7 virtual GP service, Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) for you and your family, free access to a range of experts to support your mental wellbeing About us Our vision at Tesco is to become every customer's favourite way to shop, whether they are at home or out on the move.
