About the Role

This is a new position created to support our growing business. You'll play a key role in re-engaging talented individuals, identifying job opportunities, and generating new business leads. Working closely with our Marketing Lead, your day-to-day activities will include:

Reviewing candidate profiles and identifying matching job opportunities. Introducing clients via email and following up with phone calls to generate leads, uncover opportunities, and win new business. Collaborating with the marketing team to run lead-generation campaigns. Reporting results and insights to the leadership team. Liaising with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and follow-through. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact, contribute to our continued success, and progress within our business.
