Job Description

The Role The purpose of this role is to showcase our services to possible customers by contacting role-specific people as well as existing contacts within our CRM, in order to generate leads and sales opportunities for our Account Managers to follow up. Key Responsibilities Build quick and strong relationships with customers through outbound calls, CRM follow-up, market research (LinkedIn, web search, etc). Demonstrate how our products can best address client needs. Understand and effectively handle any customer objections. Maintain CRM including names, phone numbers, and addresses to ensure marketing efforts get the best results. Capture and record accurate information on our CRM of any interactions or conversations. Take incoming sales calls, detail requirements, and pass to account manager for follow-up. Liaise with the Marketing team to provide feedback and support. Achieve personal targets and KPIs. Understand and follow company policy and procedures.
