100% Office Role Lead Generation Specialist

Job Description & Responsibilities

Reporting to the Business Development Operations Manager and Telesales Director, you will play a key role in telesales, responsible for profiling over 3000 businesses, engaging in 40 daily conversations, making 300 calls or 2 hours of talk time daily, and generating 15 new qualified leads weekly. We are seeking a candidate with a confident telephone manner, telesales experience, and a desire to contribute to a positive work culture while meeting and exceeding lead generation targets. Your main responsibilities will include: Unearthing and qualifying new opportunities through telesales. Conducting 40 daily conversations, making 300 calls or maintaining 2 hours of talk time to achieve lead generation targets. Generating a minimum of 15 new qualified leads weekly from the Research database. Working collaboratively within the research team. You will possess an articulate and confident telephone manner, enabling effective communication in telesales efforts. The ability to quickly grasp new concepts and work autonomously within the research team is essential, showcasing your adaptability and self-driven approach. A strong desire to succeed and a resilient, positive self-starter attitude will fuel your efforts in meeting and exceeding lead generation targets. Previous telesales experience and a keen sense of commercial acumen are key to this role. Benefits
