Job Description

As a Lead Generation Specialist, you’ll be the vital first point of contact for potential property buyers in the bustling London market. This role offers a unique opportunity to blend your passion for real estate with your exceptional communication skills. You’ll be working with a diverse range of clients, from local Londoners to international investors, helping them navigate the exciting world of new build properties. Your ability to understand client needs and match them with the perfect property will be key to driving the company’s success. This position allows you to work flexibly from home while being an integral part of a fast-paced, growing business that’s reshaping the London property landscape.

Responsibilities

Engage with potential buyers through various channels, conducting initial conversations to understand their property requirements and preferences. Utilize your knowledge of London’s property market to provide valuable insights and information to prospective clients. Qualify leads based on specific criteria, ensuring that high-potential buyers are identified and prioritized. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the company’s CRM system, ensuring seamless communication within the team. Create tailored portfolios of property options for potential buyers, showcasing the best matches based on their needs. Schedule viewings and follow-up appointments with senior sales consultants for qualified leads. Contribute creative ideas to improve the lead qualification process and enhance overall customer experience. Stay informed about market trends, new developments, and changes in the London property landscape. Requirements

Fluent English language skills with excellent verbal and written communication abilities. A passion for real estate and a basic understanding of London’s diverse neighborhoods and property market. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone or via digital communication. Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining strong connections with the team. Tech-savvy and adaptable, with the ability to quickly learn and efficiently use CRM systems and other digital tools. Customer-service oriented with a professional demeanor and the ability to handle diverse client needs. Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours (4 PM to 8 PM, Wednesday through Sunday). Previous experience in sales, customer service, or real estate is a plus, but not required for the right candidate. A keen interest in the property market and a desire to grow within a dynamic, fast-paced industry.
