About the Role We're seeking an experienced Managerto lead our lead generationteam here at Nasstar.You will build and mentor a high-achieving team targeting prospects that match our Ideal Customer Profile, using data-driven, strategic problem-solving, and servant leadership. Your tasks include driving cross-functional initiatives, optimising the playbook, and ensuring the team exceeds quotas while generating high-quality leads for the New Business Development team.

Responsibilities: Hire, manage and coach, including product training, selling skills, objection handling and negotiating skills, a team of Lead Generation Executivesthrough agreed processes. Take ownership of the SDR playbook, incorporating best practices for a personalized, account-based approach to prospecting. Deliver group and 1-1 best practices coaching sessions across multiple sales channels. Build relationships with Key Partners like, Microsoft, AWS, Databricks, Cisco and Fortinet to support the Co-Sell GTM and campaigns. Create a high-performance environment that enables SDRs to continuously improve and hit their targets. Be responsible for individual and team KPI reporting. Continuously look to improve the business developmentfunction, keep a keen eye on improvements across best practices, processes, and productivity. Work closely with Marketing and Sales to ensure alignment in the Outbound strategy. Work closely with Sales Enablement to ensure relevant tools and content support the lead generationteam. What we are looking for:

Experience inCloud and Connectivity sales as an individual contributor. Experiencein sales as a manager/leader. Have a problem-solving approach to outbound strategy. Experience building and scaling an outbound team. An interest in marketing and a curiosity to research and learn. Able to demonstrate a strong data-driven approach to work practice and performance improvement. A team player both in and out of the office. Experience managing and improving Sales Development KPIs.
