Lead Generator

to join our team full-time. While the primary focus of the role is identifying and engaging potential clients, there may be occasions where you will be required to attend care calls to understand client needs better and build stronger relationships. Responsibilities: Identify and qualify potential leads using various lead generation platforms. Professionally engage with potential clients to assess their needs and gather relevant details. Maintain and update an organised database of leads and interactions. Meet and exceed monthly lead generation targets. Attend care calls, when necessary, to gain first-hand insight into client needs and preferences. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and optimise lead generation strategies accordingly. Requirements: Experience with lead generation platforms such as Pairly, Bark, or similar tools is desirable. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Flexibility and willingness to attend care calls when required. A proactive and self-motivated attitude to achieve targets. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency with computers, including familiarity with CRM systems or lead tracking tools. All applicants are subject to a DBS check Competitive hourly rate of £11.44.
