We are seeking a proactive self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment to join a leading manufacturer and supplier of building products including windows and doors into the commercial sector. You will join the company as Lead Generator/Marketing Executive, assisting the business in identifying and generating project-based leads. Key Responsibilities:

Adherence to all organisational policies, management systems and standard operational procedures. Work positively to develop and foster good working relationships with colleagues and contracted personnel in order to maintain a culture of mutual respect and dignity. Manage, record, assign and track commercial leads via CRM platform. Identify and develop new business opportunities. Conduct research and data analysis to identify and target potential leads effectively. Research companies to create strategic communication plans. Contact and qualify leads through phone and emails. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging projects and shifts in the market that could influence lead generation efforts. Provide feedback and insights to the sales and marketing teams to continuously refine lead generation strategies. Use Barbour ABI and other relevant data sources to identify ongoing and upcoming construction and design projects. Track project timelines, budget information, and key decision makers to understand potential lead opportunities. Maintain an up-to-date and well-organised database of project leads and contacts, ensuring that data is accurate and actionable. Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted outreach campaigns based on project data and market trends. Provide regular updates on lead generation efforts and outcomes to key stakeholders. Build a knowledge base of customer/client/specifier. Key Experiences and Skills Required:

Proven experience in lead generation or market research, ideally within the construction, architecture or design industries. Experience in developing and implementing lead generation strategies. Familiarity with project tracking platforms like Barbour ABI/Glenigan/NBS. Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
