ECO4 (Energy Company Obligation) and GBIS (Great British Insulation Scheme)
programs, helping households reduce their energy bills and improve home efficiency. Due to rapid expansion, we are looking for
enthusiastic, self-motivated Lead Generators
to join our growing team in
Glasgow and Carlisle . The Role: As a
Lead Generator , you will be responsible for identifying and engaging with potential customers who qualify for the
ECO4 and GBIS
schemes. Your goal is to generate high-quality leads for our energy efficiency services, including
insulation, heating upgrades, and renewable energy solutions . Key Responsibilities: Door-to-door canvassing to generate leads in eligible areas Engaging with homeowners and tenants to explain the benefits of ECO4 & GBIS schemes Booking appointments for our surveyors and sales teams Achieving and exceeding weekly lead generation targets Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions Working closely with the sales and compliance teams What We Offer: Uncapped Commission Structure
– OTE £25,000 - £90,000 per year Career Progression
– Opportunities to move into Team Leader and Managerial roles Full Training & Ongoing Support Performance Incentives & Bonuses Flexible Working Locations – Glasgow & Carlisle What We’re Looking For: Experience in lead generation, sales, or door-to-door canvassing (preferred but not essential) Excellent communication & people skills Confident, outgoing, and persuasive personality Self-motivated with a strong work ethic Ability to work independently and as part of a team Full UK driving license (preferred but not essential) Why Join Us?
