This position functions within the Global Talent COE and will be responsible for the administration of HR systems including Cornerstone and Workday, ensuring the accuracy and integrity of all data within the HR systems. The ideal candidate will be a highly organized and detail-oriented professional with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects and tasks. The successful candidate will also possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. Key Responsibilities HRIS Collaboration:

Partner with HR Systems team and provide technical program support to Talent team, including participating in business requirements gathering, reviewing Course Setup and configuration, testing courses on Cornerstone and LinkedIn learning, troubleshooting issues as a first point of contact, and maintaining the Talent team SharePoint and Inside site. Program Implementation & Learner Support:

Configure Cornerstone to deliver courses in an organized and engaging way - setting up learning paths, course prerequisites, and assessments. Ensure that the courses are accessible for the intended participants. Provide ongoing support with learners who encounter difficulties in using LMS or completing courses, which can involve creating user guides, FAQs, and offering direct support channels. Content Management:

Within Cornerstone and Inside, support the uploading, organizing, and updating of training materials such as courses, modules, videos, and other educational content. Ensure that the content is easily accessible and well-organized for users. Workday & Learner Support:

Support efforts to ensure data within Workday is accurate and usable for Talent management and development activities. Partner with HR Ops to ensure that Cornerstone and Workday are integrated with other HR systems for appropriate data flow. Scheduling and Notifications:

Manage the scheduling of course offerings, including enrollment deadlines and learning milestones. Manage participant enrollment process. Use communications and notification capabilities to remind employees of upcoming deadlines, course start dates, or re-enrollment for continuing education. Performance Tracking:

Monitor learner progress and completion rates. Assess the effectiveness of different courses and identify areas where learners may need additional support. Continuous Improvement:

Drive continuous improvement efforts focused on optimizing the employee experience. Evaluate the existing content for relevance and impact. Update or retire outdated courses and curate or create content that addresses new skills or competencies required as dictated. Performs other duties as assigned (no definitive % of time). Required Qualifications Strong collaboration and administration skills along with an ability to think critically and creatively, leveraging technology to full potential. 5-7 years HR Systems, Cornerstone (LMS) and/or Workday experience. Data collection and analysis ability - Medium level proficiency in Excel. Qualtrics or similar survey experience with an ability to translate survey data and metrics. High level of detail orientation. Strong verbal and written communication skills (English) are a must. Experience of working with international clients (US/UK/Aus) is required. Should be a self-starter and should be able to work independently while also being an active team player. Ability to problem solve and think critically when faced with a challenge. Due diligence is key. Track record of working under deadlines in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail. Financial services experience preferred. Strong data analysis & data visualization, distilling key messaging.
