About the Role:
Develop and implement solutions that facilitate IT/OT convergence, integrating operational technology systems with IT infrastructure to enable efficient and secure data exchange between control systems and enterprise development networks. Implement and enforce cybersecurity best practices for both IT and OT systems. Implement advanced cyber protection measures, including firewalls, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and secure authentication protocols. About You:
IT/OT Integration Expertise:
Strong background in integrating IT and OT systems, particularly with ICS systems like SCADA and PLCs in industrial settings (ideally in defence or aerospace). Infrastructure Management:
Proven experience in managing IT assets, Windows Server and Red Hat Linux environments, and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V). Cybersecurity and Compliance:
Solid understanding of cybersecurity practices, vulnerability management for IT and OT systems, and experience in regulated industries with strict compliance requirements. Industrial Networking:
Knowledge of networking protocols (Ethernet/IP, Profinet, Modbus) and experience in designing, deploying, and securing industrial control system networks. Key Information:
