One of its kind VR company, looking to hire a Lead Instructional VR Designer as they explode throughout 2023. This is a multi-award-winning VR company whose virtual training and coaching platform is now being used by the world’s biggest companies. They have just gone through Series A funding and are about to grow significantly. It's a brilliant time to join. Employing approx. 80 people across 2 UK locations. They have built not only a world class product, but also a first-class working environment, abundant with collaboration and oozing creativity. They’re now looking for a Lead Instructional VR Designer based in Newcastle to manage the Product department to ensure their VR platform exceeds expectations and takes the market by storm. You'll be responsible for creating a vibrant team culture that embraces best practices and delivers outstanding results every day. Your keen eye for detail and exceptional organisation skills will ensure their VR experience always lives up to its promises. You’ll work with the product department to create a sales-ready product and also lead a team, steering them towards success through inspiring leadership and day-to-day management, including one-to-one meetings, performance reviews, and providing them with the daily support and knowledge they need to shine. You’ll bridge the gap between product operations and senior management, acting as the right-hand person to the CTO. Required Skills and Experience:

Previous experience in a management position, leading B2B SaaS product teams. A deep understanding of delivering software products to customers, ensuring they get the mind-blowing VR experience they deserve. A natural flair for creativity, community management and event coordination, giving customers an experience they won't forget. Project management experience and an understanding of key principles.
