After this initial crew, we'll be expanding with Senior and Mid-Level engineers too (eDV clearance). As a Lead Java Engineer, you'll be at the heart of greenfield projects, leveraging your skills in Java, Kotlin, Springboot, AWS, Agile methodologies, TDD, BDD, PostgreSQL, Microservices, and Kafka. (you do not need experience in all areas! Strong Java experience will do). The Lead Java engineer will have a salary of up to 110k, a 1,000 training bonus, 25 days of holiday, medical & life insurance, a pension, and access to top-notch training programs too.
