Leading and mentoring a team of eight talented engineers, fostering an environment of collaboration, growth, and technical brilliance. Defining and delivering innovative solutions, ensuring the platform exceeds customer expectations. Championing world-class engineering practices, from CI/CD pipelines to cloud-native deployments using GCP and Kubernetes. Building scalable, resilient backend services in Java and Kotlin while driving technical improvements and modernisation. Shaping and influencing technical strategies that propel the business to the next level. Who We’re Looking For You’re not just a Senior Java Developer — you’re a leader, an innovator, and a mentor. You thrive in fast-paced environments, love solving complex problems, and know how to inspire teams to deliver their best. Ideally, you’ll bring:

Proven experience building and deploying server-side web applications in Java or Kotlin. A passion for working in agile, collaborative environments. The ability to balance hands-on technical work with high-level leadership responsibilities. A mindset focused on continuous improvement—both personally and for the team.
